Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give a minimum of 24 hrs notice. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hrs will incur a cancellation fee so please try to find a replacement if you have to cancel at the last minute!

12-24 hrs notice: 50% of cost of treatment

Less than 12 hrs notice: 100% of cost of treatment

In the unlikely event I am unable to fulfil treatment commitments, due to unforeseen circumstances or in case of illness, a new appointment date will be offered at a reduced rate.  For corporate clientele, I shall be in touch with the main point of contact.
