Here's what you need to know...
Reflexology is suitable for people of all ages; babies upwards.
There are only five main contra-indications that prevent you having a reflexology treatment:
- If you are in the 1st trimester of pregnancy
- If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- If you have an infectious disease
- If you have a fever
- If you have had recent diarrhoea or vomiting
There are a few medical conditions where it is best to check with either a doctor or a reflexologist prior to treatment, so please do let me know before you make a booking if there is anything you think I should know.
There are contra-indicative health conditions which do not prevent treatment, but will require clients to sign a consent form or provide a letter from their doctor approving the treatment.
Clients are at liberty to call Holos if they have anything they wish to discuss prior to their treatment, their well-being post treatment or to provide general feedback.
Holos has the discretionary right to refuse to treat a client if there is a risk to the health or safety of either the client or the practitioner.
